New Jersey Sales Tax Notice
BritsofUSA Cattery (PAWSITIVE STAY LLC) is a registered New Jersey business. In accordance with New Jersey law, all kittens picked up in New Jersey, and all sales to New Jersey residents, are subject to 6.625% New Jersey Sales Tax. This tax is added to the purchase price and collected at the time of sale. Out-of-state buyers who take delivery outside New Jersey are generally exempt. Sales tax does not apply to the deposit refund policy, delivery fees, or other terms outlined in your purchase agreement.
